The new Echo & Rig steakhouse and butcher shop in Henderson, Nevada, has taken the place of the old Elephant Bar in Green Valley and is already making waves with its renown concept and delicious menu.

The new 8,000 square foot restaurant has an 800 square foot terrace dining area. The indoor dining area seats 130 people, the circle bar 45, and the terrace 40.
